What this site is for

This site describes the construction and remodeling services we offer and lets you request a free estimate. It is marketing material and general information about our company.

Nothing on this site is a bid, a contract, or a promise to do work at a particular price.

Estimates, pricing, and the promotion

Requesting an estimate through this site does not create a contract. It starts a conversation. We will contact you, look at the work, and give you a written price.

Any promotion shown on this site, including the roof replacement offer, applies only to qualifying projects. Some projects do not qualify. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, and we may change or end a promotion at any time. Ask us for the current details before you count on one.

The price, the scope of work, the schedule, the payment terms, the warranty, and the cancellation terms for your project all live in the written proposal we give you and you sign. That signed proposal controls. If anything on this website disagrees with your signed proposal, the signed proposal wins.

No payment on this site

This website does not take payments. There is no checkout, no cart, and no account. If you become a client, we handle payment separately under your signed proposal.

The text, photographs, logos, and design on this site belong to Catana Construction LLC or are used with permission. The project photographs are our own work.

You may look at the site, print pages, and share links. Please do not copy our photos or copy our text for your own business without asking us first.
